5 Montages from GuangZhou

On a recent trip to Guangzhou in Guangdong province, China. We saw lots of stuff, too many to post pics of all of it, so here's a snapshot of some highlights via montages.

 At the crossings.
A selection of some of the folk pottery from an exhibition at the Chen Family Academy.

Also at the Chen Family Academy, a selection of embroidery work, which was quite mind-blowing.
Crammed onto the heavily used metro system, all a bit much sometimes.
An exhibition called Chromatic Interference at the Art Gallery.

  1. Ni hau ma Gaz? Excellent montages, iPhone or dslr? hope you're a lovely time there in Guangzhou.
Oh, I see you got those images sorted out, cracking stuff.
How is the net access there in China?
I remember when I was there more often than not you needed to apply for a card for any particular net cafe but usually those kind folks on the pay desk would let me use theirs. Hehe.

  2. Hey dude, yeah those were all iPhone shots.
Laura has hard wired into the flat (free!) which is a bit crap during the day, but super fast during the night, so we can download films etc overnight, which is nice.

  4. I quite like it here, but we won't be staying. Laura isn't happy in the job, I'm just here bumming about...so we've applied for jobs in Malaysia...Sabah / Sarawak and if they don't come off...KL. We'll see. What are you up to and where?
